Apache configuration reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- UkrGuy · 2023-12-25 21:08 Hello! I have several services like ARRs, nextcloud, stirling pdf hosted on my server. How can I configure my apache server so that i could access my services via different subdomains, like nextcloud.mydomain.com, or transmission.mydomain.com. I already have nextcloud installed on apache and conf file looks like this - https://pastebin.com/1jX451wJ . Please tell me what I should change here, or maybe create new conf files for each service. Thank you! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Stryker1-1 · 2023-12-25 21:26 Check out nginx proxy manager ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LexSoup · 2023-12-25 21:55 As someone else has mentioned you could go the NPM (nginx proxy manager) route, it's easy and provides a gui. If you however have some more time on your hands you could try caddy, it has no gui but the config fairly straight forward. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TrustyworthyAdult · 2023-12-26 07:05 [here](https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/vhosts/name-based.html) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- housepanther2000 · 2023-12-26 08:00 This is the way. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- itachi_konoha · 2023-12-26 08:23 If you MUST HAVE GUI, then nginx proxy manager. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and use Caddy. You don't even need to learn much for basic tasks. Caddy is THAT easy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- __bloody__901 · 2023-12-26 08:53 Or traefik! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- bnberg · 2023-12-26 13:36 Use an reverse proxy. I would prefer nginx, traefik or caddy
