Switchbot Curtain - visible but not mine reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- abura_dot_eu · 2023-12-25 18:13 So I moved my Home Assistant to another Raspberry Pi and it suddenly detected these 3 devices. They are NOT mine but I can control them. Now I had my fun with it, by opening and closing them a few times. They seem to be from one of my neighbours and I really don't like them. I could be a proper jerk and make automations to open/close them at 23.00 and open them at 5.00, right before the sun comes up :D My serious question is though, why the heck do I see them? Is it because they have Calibration on? https://preview.redd.it/vyynszjqeh8c1.png?width=1060&format=png&auto=w ebp&s=55b5c4059dcd3057ae4813c6391832dccc72b5b4 https://preview.redd.it/n3sox60gfh8c1.png?width=345&format=png&auto=we bp&s=c3bce28442fbebd3688036dd566a167b6e1d75fd ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Fluffer_Wuffer · 2023-12-25 19:11 I have something similar, my Smartlife app keeps picking up auto- blinds, one time i did add one, then started opening and closing it.. this was just a curiosity thing, as I wanted to see... (how they worked).
