The Radio Browser project is a community-supported directory of radio
streams.

There are many apps for managing and playing radio streams using its
API, some of them self-hostable.
But none allows the server-side storage/sync of the favorite radio
stations (except for a Nextcloud plugin). This means that with every
device/client, the station list must be maintained manually, as it is
stored directly on the computer or mobile phone.

Does anyone know a solution?

We use Navidrome.  You can add streaming stations thru the GUI and
then use any subsonic client to listen to them.  It does not have a
list of stations already you can choose from and select favorites.
You will need to add each station you want ahead of time so the
clients can play them.  Not sure if they could be added via a script
using the API.
