Seeking a Ticketing System Similar to Discord for Small Business!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a ticketing system for my small business, similar to
what Discord offers. Despite following all legal requirements
meticulously and having transparent payment processes (e-transfers and
cash), I've faced repeated and unwarranted bans on Discord. I've
provided extensive documentation to Discord showing there's nothing
suspicious with my transactions, yet it seems one person keeps falsely
reporting me. All my clients, over a hundred from my local community
(whom I either know or my friend's know), have used my services at
least once and are satisfied and have great reviews.

It stinks because my business was flourishing and I was starting to
expand my business to areas out of my small hometown.

Currently, I need a new platform where my clients are not required to
create a new account, a lot of them have stated they would rather stay
on discord but clearly that is not viable.  The system doesn’t need a
payment feature, as I handle that separately (e-transfers or cash).
Any suggestions for a user-friendly and reliable alternative would be
greatly appreciated!


Again, I am just looking for something similar to discord's ticketing
system. My main issue is that since I receive so many orders I need to
make sure that I am prioritizing them by first come first serve basis.
I also need to be able to reach out to the client at any given moment
to ensure that their customizations are correct and that delivery
address is correct.

So when you say a ticketing system like on Discord, which bot are you
using to provide a ticketing system? Discord, IIRC, does not have a
native ticketing system.

Are you asking for a ticketing system integrated into a chat server? I
don't know of any that exist, but you can try to get someone to make a
Matrix or Mattermost bot for you.

I don't think you can get a selfhosted system and a system that
"everyone has an account on". Those are mutually exclusive. What you
*can* do is offer OIDC logins with Google/Facebook/et cetera. Everyone
will have *at least one* of those accounts.

Heck, you could offer Discord OIDC login on your selfhosted platform.

I have worked with quite a few ticketing systems and would suggest
checking out Freshworks' offerings. I use Freshservice professionally
but, depending on what you need, Freshdesk has a free tier.

It also looks like someone has made a Discord integration as well,

I do not work for this company but I do think they have a solid
product offering. Also I realize this is not a self hosted solution
but if this is for a growing business it has the option to scale out
easily if you grow large enough to have employees.
