Wondering if anyone recommends a self-hosted tool to **plan and track
upkeep/maintenance around the house/yard/property** \-- as a
replacement for something like Consumer Reports' [Upkept

I know a to-do app and/or CMS system could do this fine -- just
wondering if there is something like this in the self-hosted world. I
reviewed all of the Awesome Self-Hosted list and couldn't find
anything specific to this need. Or, if you've built your own using a
to-do app type system, which you'd recommend for this need. Thank you!

[Grocy](https://grocy.info/) has a chores feature:
https://github.com/grocy/docs/blob/master/tutorials/chores.md
You can only add chores via the web app but I think you can do most
other things via the mobile app.
