I'm taking it for a limited test drive via docker-compose.  So far so
good but there seems to be very little out there in the way of
reviews, tutorials, etc.  I have it behind my NPM instance with only
local access an dhave set up a couple dummy accounts to use it with.
Seems solid.  Thoughts?

I've been using it for a month or 2. I keep it local, but it works for
my OTP that aren't in vaultwarden.

Yeah. For now I'm keeping it inside my network.  I want to have my
TOTP generator separate from my vaultwarden instance for my own
probably neurotic reasons.  I don't think I'm going to move anything
of importance to it for quite some time and see how it goes.
