Looking for music tag editing

I'm looking for a piece of software (for linux preferably) that I can
use to easily "build" my own metadata/tag info. I'm ripping a ton of
CDs for a housemate full of obscure music that's not on spotify or
musicbrainz or anything else so I'm scanning album art and typing a
ton of stuff in manually. I'd love if I could visually browse thru a
gui to select and edit things. Musicbrainz Picard is great for stuff
with existing tag info online... same with some of the others I'd
tried. I figure rather than taking hours experimenting with different
apps I could just ask.
