Looking for a Membership Database

Recommendation for a docker-based membership database?  Should have a
web interface for at least the admin, but ideally one that would also
allow members to update their info.  No sign-up ability required.

I've googled around this morning and browsed through the hub, but
nothing caught my eye.

Not sure if docker now exist but can ask there.

I started looking at their website and thought perhaps I could in it
in a LAMP container.  On a whim,I googled their name and docker and
found:

So it appears they do offer a container.  Thanks!
