* Realtime notification for Windows and IOS

If you don't want to host it yourself, uptimerobot has a free plan
iirc.

Otherwise uptime Kuma, you can just host that yourself and it's open
source.

IMO uptime monitoring tools are best when hosted by a 3rd party or at
least self hosted in a different environment than the one you’re
trying to monitor. I’ve had good luck with HetrixTools, and yes they
have a free offering that’s very capable.
