Help with Wallabag

I installed wallabag (nginx) with a mysql databas and everything
worked perfectly, then I tried to repeat the installation but with a
postgres database this time but in the very last step of installation
I am getting an error when I run :

'$ php bin/console wallabag:install --env=prod'

First, I got this message:  \[OK\] Success! Your system can run
wallabag properly.

Then I got the following error: 'The stream or file
"/var/www/wallabag/var/logs/prod.log" could not be opened in append
mode: Failed to open stream: Permissi  on denied.  The exception
occurred while attempting to log: Error thrown while running command
"wallabag:install --env=prod". Message: " The command "cache:clear"
generates some errors:

 In StreamHandler.php line 146:  The stream or file
"/var/www/wallabag/var/logs/prod.log" could not be opened in append
mode: Failed to open stream: Permission denied The exception occurred
while attempting to log: Failed to save key "restricted\_access" of
type string:
fopen(/var/www/wallabag/var/cache/prod/craue\_config/358e8066ea38):
Failed to open stream: Permission denied Context:

I think the key line is:

    The stream or file "/var/www/wallabag/var/logs/prod.log" could not
be opened in append mode: Failed to open stream: Permissi on denied.

Check that the file is accessible (e.g. directories) and writable
(+w).
