Hi, I just installed portzilla on my website in cloudflare. When
Portzilla sent me a verification email, it redirected me to some
scam/advertisement website? I'm really confused and I'm wondering if
Portzilla is even legit.

Forget their name but the Portzilla dev is (was?) a MVP on the
Cloudflare Community site. Post there and see what they say - could be
some old page they've let expire been taken over in which case they'll
aggregate the heads up and get you up and running. Win-win.
