Docker container start /stop privileges

Hi 👋
I am trying to find a web application in  which I could have several
users. Each user should only have permission to only start/stop the
allocated container and look at logs. Is there something like this
which exists ?

I tried portainer but it doesn't have such fine grain control

Install podman and use it in rootless mode
