repurpose to make a server. Currently i host a photoprism but thats
about it. I have a 4 core and 12 GB of RAM.

Any suggestions that gonna make me feel worth it to repurpose my old

You could totally host OLLAMA and ask your own self-hosted LLM (like
chatgpt but a bit worse) what you could host and damn well not ask
this goddamn question every goddamn day.

Use the damn search.

Seriously, this gets asked a few times every day.
