reddit / selfhosted

Hi y'all! I've been looking around for a selfhosted program that
allows me to distribute in-event currency into people's digital
wallets (in app), and those can be exchanged for goods in the event
(staff scanning their wallet's qr code or something around those
lines)
Some help would be terrific! Thanks! :D
