I don’t use it a ton, but [Crater](https://github.com/crater-
invoice/crater) seems to have a good feature set in my experience.

I use InvoiceNinja

Does quote, purchase orders, invoices, time tracking, projects,
exports lots of data and can import other data too

I second that I use crater as well to issue my invoices, but somehow I
can't figure out how to make it work in the cloud instance.

The app is more an invoicing app than an accounting app, we use cash
basis accounting practices.

I used Crater for a few months, it looks nice but I eventually moved
to Invoice Ninja which has way more features and has a bit of a
community around it.
