There are many tutorials out there how to use Docker via Synology.
Maybe have look into Google and YouTube first - and come back if you
have a concrete question or problem we can help you with? ;)

You aren't giving us much of a starting point.

Have you ever run docker on your synology NAS? If yes, what?

Now that we know you're docker proficient, what's your issue with
FreshRSS? What guide are you using?
