How to monitor HP ML310e V2 Gen8 server hardware

I picked up a cheap old HP ML310e V2 Gen8 server, that I'm using to
host Frigate NVR via Docker. It's running well on Ubuntu Server 22.04,
with an RX 550 GPU and PCIE Coral TPU.

The server has an HP P420 Smart Array RAID controller, that I'm using
to provide a RAID5 array of 8x1TB 2.5" HDDs.

I can access the iLO4 system to check the hardware health including
the health of each drive inside the RAID array. However, I'd like to
somehow configure some form of simple remote monitoring to let me know
if one of the drives in the array has failed. What's the simplest way
to achieve this?
