Not much apparently when they now also require a fee for push
notification.

i would recommend mattermost (which has still free notifications, but
they recommend their enterprise hpns:

Zulips UI is a bit... different compared to most chat programs. It
works with threaded topics. Which is something you'd have to get used
to.

The mobile apps are a bit bare bones in my opinion. If you mostly use
mobile I'd encourage you to use something like Rocket Chat or
Mattermost. Or my personal favorite being Element (X). Which is part
of the Matrix protocol network thing lol
