Looking for an alternative to Spotify Jam (i am a rookie)

A friend and I have been hosting online listening parties through
weekly Spotify Jam sessions. We have a discord with 90 members and we
send the links through there. I have gotten frustrated with how the
Spotify Jams only work with Premium accounts, and I want to make it
more accessible. I have no experience doing anything like this. I have
heard of open-source programs but I don't know where to start. If
anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Look at Navidrome, use the search function, look at the subreddit
sidebar for the awesome-selfhosted list.

You can hack together something using Mopidy, one of its frontends and
ShoutCAST stream. I was thinking about writing an extension (or
secondary application) to use discord as an output, that would make it
the ultimate music bot lol
