AdGuard DNS in Proxmox Docker

So my router is at 10.0.0.1 and my Proxmox server is at 10.0.0.20. I
have a Proxmox VM with Ubuntu Server running Docker, Portainer, and
AdGuard Home at 10.0.0.243. However adding 10.0.0.243 as a DNS doesn’t
work I’m not getting dns records.

Do you have the firewall enabled on the VM in Proxmox? If so, are you
allowing inbound and outbound traffic over port 53? If you're not, is
your Ubuntu VM running ufw or some other firewall and, if so, do you
have the above mentioned allow added?

Can you ping your container IP? Do you know if your host VM is able to
pass traffic from it to your container?

Sounds like DNS port 53 is not responding to the DNS query.

There is a "resolved" section in Docker Adgaurd installation guide how
to get that going.
