What does this mean?

> PeerTube is not, and will not be a rival to YouTube or Twitch.
PeerTube is powered by other values that those coded into Google's and
Amazon's ecosystems .

Just poor grammar and/or failure to proofread... People rely on red
squiggles rather that (sic) a brain.

I think it means to say that the project will not be a rival to
Streaming Video platforms like YouTube and Twitch, but rather will
pave its own path to become like something that has not existed
before.

Reading the first paragraph says the following text (of which I am a
huge fan of ! ) :

> >Developing an ethical and emancipating alternative to YouTube,
Twitch or Vimeo without Surveillance Capitalism’s means is a huge
undertaking. Especially for a small French not-for-profit that already
manages several projects to promote digital commons.

Their English is still better than your French.

Cool! It's refreshing to go to a free video sharing site with zero
trackers.

And hey.. TechLore is on there. Neat.
