Problem with e-sign reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Onepieceoffood · 2023-12-11 16:31 Hello, I have a problem that in my browser console, the error "Cross-Origin Request Blocked" is displayed for the address [https://esign- local.id.hr:55555/](https://esign-local.id.hr:55555/). However, when I ping esign-local.id.hr, I receive a response from 127.0.0.1. The same result occurs when I perform an nslookup using Google. I contacted support, and they told me that the problem is with my network connection. They suggested that I try accessing the test address: [https://esign-local.id.hr:55555/](https://esign- local.id.hr:55555/). If I get a message stating that the page cannot be opened, it indicates a local network issue and I should contact the network administrator or try accessing the site from a different internet connection. I don't believe this is the case because I tried accessing the site using 4G, my home internet, and my internet connection at work. It seems to me that they have incorrectly configured something in the DNS, but I don't understand how. Is there any network engineer or sysadmin who could explain what is happening here? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- trxxruraxvr · 2023-12-11 16:42 Read about CORS: https://developer.mozilla.org/en- US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS I'm not familiar with e-sign. But it'll probably have some setting to customize the CORS headers when self-hosting it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Onepieceoffood · 2023-12-11 20:11 Thank you, I ll take a look at that.
