Probably has been asked a million times but what is the best organiser
for home videos?

So far I have tried both Plex and Emby. Neither of them seems to be
able to sort videos based on the creation date and filter out short
duration videos (got thousands of Live Photos videos). Does JellyFin
has the same limitations?

Jellyfin and emby are almost the same thing, it's a fork of emby so I
doubt it

I did a quick search and the only things that came up was Plex, Emby
or JellyFin.
