For me one factor sign in often fails to log in and when I paste the
password again from bitwarden it works, but not always. Also keep
signed in often works even worse on this regard.

Also do you use one factor or two factor? And do you supply email for
reset?

I use both single and two factor, depending on the service.

Never had a problem with authelia, running it for family members.

Can you maybe share you configuration file (sensitive data removed)
and your reverse proxy?

Yup, never really had an issue. I enforce 2 factor in most cases

I use 2fa via push notifications, yubikey and email for almost two
years now without major issues.

Works flawlessly with single and two factor for me.
In regards to the keep signed in option: do you restart authelia
often? After every restart your sessions are cleared.

You can fix this pretty easily by just using Redis instead of keeping
sessions in memory

What are your backends? Maybe your db/source has a problem. Sounds
like a connection issue. Are you sure it's not an issue with the proxy
that stands in front of Authelia.

Not an issue for me as I restart only about 2 times a month, but
thanks for the recommendation.
