Why does Paperless-ngx do this? It does not happen with any other type
of invoice.

It’s not paperless. It’s you browser using temporary fonts and do
that. Specially if you are working in windows.

Change browser or clear cookies and site da cache.

Because of this post I am now installing a container with paperless.

I've used laserfische in an enterprise market before and this looks
great for my own use.

Try toggling the "Use PDF viewer provided by the browser" setting in
Paperless.
