I am aware of Chevereto but it lacks payment options. The point of
adding payment is to keep it closed to a community and put certain
limitations. I don't have plans of making money out of it

I'm confused, if you want to keep it closed from the public couldn't
you just put up a login page in front of it? Hosting other people's
payment info is definitely not something I'd like to do as it carries
a lot of risk.

You are unlikely to find that baked in, but you could theoretically
bodge something together with an auth provider that checks if they are
an up to date subscriber.
