How on earth can i update a Cloudflare Tunnel?

I added a new service on the config.yaml but the tunnel doesn't seem
to automatically notice the changes. When googling, i've found this

management/configuration-file/) which says that i have to start a new
instance to avoid any downtime. I don't even remember how i started
the first instance as that was months ago.
Isn't there simply a "restart"/reload option? I don't care about
downtimes.
