Authelia Not Redirecting After IP Change

This morning when I woke up, I noticed certain services not working. I
eventually realized my ISP changed my IP address and updated the
corresponding DNS records. Once updated everything started working
again except Authelia and it's protected services.

I can directly login to Authelia but when I go to one of the protected
domains, the browser does not redirect to either the authelia login
page or the end service (regardless of whether logged into authelia or
not). When I disable authelia on the domains, I can successfully
access the page.

All connections going through Authelia are returned 403 Forbidden. I
have flushed DNS, tried different browsers. No change.

All the services including Authelia have been running for months with
no issues on a k3s. I have rebooted all the nodes, recreated the pods
and deployments. And nothing is working. I also turned on authelia
debug logs but nothing useful is being output. The nginx-ingress is
returning "failed (101: Network unreachable) while connecting to
upstream"

One of the services I have setup in uptime-kuma with scripts that use
curl to update the status when complete. When I run the curl commands
from any terminal (local machine, multiple vms), I get the same 403
forbidden error but when I go to the url from browser, no error is
returned and the monitor gets marked as up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
