Any recommendations how to document my self hosted environment? I have
syncthing on many devices (sharing different folders to different
hosts), a NAS with docker for home assistant and zigbee/mqtt on
another server Immich, and some other stuff. I kind of am losing track
and want to document it or at least draw a map of my infrastructure
and config. But also how to set it up again. e.g. I moved mosquito to
another server (docker container) but then had to reconfigure my smart
gateway, HA, zigbee2mqtt.

We have discussions fairly often here about documentation, did none of
the suggestions work for you?

Look through the list from the subreddit sidebar and simply use the
search function, dozens of threads about this exact thing exist
already.
