Is it against their TOS and if so should I be concerned?

What practical privacy concerns are there? Should I not use nextcloud
or portainer but fine for jellyfin?

Could I get considerably slower speeds by using tunnels?

The main reason people don’t use cloud flare tunnels with Jellyfin or
Nextcloud is because of streaming limitations and upload file size
limits
