Honest question, why are you asking this here? This is neither a
general techsupport subreddit, nor a subreddit focused on gitlab or
nginx. Why not ask for support in the correct places like /r/Gitlab
and /r/Nginx /r/NginxProxyManager, or maybe even just /r/TechSupport
as a start.

Honestly with it being r/selfhosted I figured someone would have an
idea as it's a fairly popular application.
