Elastic 8.11.1 is hell

Was previously running Elastic sack on 8.4.2 and that was a breeze.
Indices got broken and decided to use the time to move the 8.11.1.
It's so hard to setup! What happened to this thing? The docs aren't
super clear for a docker-swarm setup. Are they trying to force us onto
non-self hosted options?

“Elastic Sack” lol. Man I’ve messed with Elastic a few times and even
had it set up for production data at work. But It’s always a been a
giant mess for me to install or upgrade.

Found the solution.

When you run elasticsearch, you need to get the enrollment token for
kibana.

This is shown at start-up, but you can regenerate it yourself using
the ./bin/elasticsearch-create-enrollment-token command with -s kibana
as the scope argument.

Start and stop kibana (so that it can complain that it isn't
connecting right), then use the bin/kibana-setup command and it will
ask for the enrollment command. Plug that in and you are good.
