What could possibly cause this?

Since few days I have a really strange problem. Sometime my connection
to my selfhosted services just breaks. After a few minutes everything
returns to normal again.

My setup:

\- ubuntu 22 server

\- docker-compose with:

\--traefik

\--matrix

\--nextcloud

\--prometheus

\--crowdsec+bouncer

\--grafana

\--etc.

In the picture you can see the used sockets graph from traefik in my
grafana monitoring dashboard.

Has anyone a idea how I could proceed to find the cause / debug
further?
(first look in the docker logs as well as journalctl -xef is
inconsqicuous)

Just watch top or something similar for CPU usage
