Hello friends, I want to rent a desktop in the USA to use it remotely,
but it has to be a residential desktop, VPS like AWS or Azure doesn't
work for me because their internet is a data center. Where could I
find a service like this? Or is there a forum here on reddit to search
for this?

No. And this isn’t anything self hosted. You’re basically asking to
use someone’s connection that can be traced back to them. Good look
with all that.

buy in datacenter and run a vpn to your network or elsewhere with

I have a desktop with a hosting company.  The IP address range or
networks of the hosting company are blocked by many sites (imgur for
example), and there are problems with some streaming.

In these cases, I can use a VPN on the hosted desktop so that my
hosted desktop is no longer visiting from the hosting company IP
addresses.
