Dashboard to show internal sites externally?

Hi

  As you probably guessed I'm new to the selfhosted thing.  I am
playing with Dashy and I'd like to show internal sites to my external
connection just using Dashy similar to how guacamole shows vnc/rdp
connections.  Currently it seems I need to expose the webpages to the
external reverse proxy for it to work.  Right now I'm testing out
cloudflare tunnel and am looking at nginx.

  I'm currently looking to show glances, home assistant and the arrs.

Any help or even just point me to the proper docs would be greatly
appreciated.
