Paperless Ngx Setup

I installed paperless and really like it. I successfully get the
consumption folder and email fetching working, but I have one small
concern. All documents from consumption folder and email are
immediately processed into Storage path as soon as Paperless importing
them with all "matching" tags, document type,  which many documents I
haven't reviewed yet, but they're already moved to the folder.

Is there a way to set documents from consumption folder and emails
into a folder or maybe a queue before I manually review and save them
?

You need to setup an "Inbox" tag.

Then whenever new documents are consumed the Inbox tag is
automatically added, once you review the docs, you can remove it.

. Is this the tag (tick box) under the tag name you created. ? I
ticked that box and tested. All new docs are still getting
automatically tagged such as Family, Dad, Mum,etc. I dont see inbox
tag anywhere:(

Create 1 tag named say "Inbox" and tick the box  "Inbox Tag"

Then any documents consumed should get all tags based on automatic
matching + the Inbox tag.

Create a saved view which shows all Inbox tagged documents.

Review newly consumed documents and remove the Inbox tag when done.

I just don't understand why the inbox tag is not created by default.
