*Context*: In my town, we have several sports clubs of the same niche
sport that I play. We often have to cooperate with each other for
events, lending players, etc... And more often than not, someone will
tell you to talk to this or that person (using only their nickname)
when you've only seen them once or twice.

*Solution:* I had the idea of creating a website (probably behind an
account system?) where everyone could access the names, nicknames and
pictures of the players who volunteered in the town. Along with this
could be which club(s) in the city they belong to, preferred method of
contact and other relevant details.

I was wondering if anyone could think of a self-hosted solution that
would meet these needs, or if I'd have to build it from scratch.
