Maybe someone has had a similar experience so here maybe someone can
help me. I have a PTZ IP camera (Wifi, Solar panel) and I have not
been able to configure it correctly for several weeks.

The app on the phone works (ICSee and XMeye) however the recording is
always kind of weird. I don't know if it takes over the settings of
the previously enabled app (I prefer the operation of XMEye but ICsee
shows the battery status and I have to use both sometimes). Recording
instead of 15 seconds takes 5. Continuous recording on Main Stream
only works when I am on the app. On the other hand, the VMS connection
does not work when the camera enters the Sleep state. Which only
switches off when an alarm is sounded or I enter the app.

Has anyone had similar problems? Is this just how it is supposed to
work? I'm asking because I've tried everything, restarts,
reconfiguration and it's always the same
