i installed ubuntu server and then casaos on my nuc.

a trunked port with multiple vlans connects to the nuc.

is there a way to choose which vlan is to be used by each app?

Not directly and not in CasaOS itself. One approach would probably be
to create Docker macvlan networks which use specific VLAN tags, then
attach the containers to those networks.

Ask /r/Docker for support or post on the CasaOS Github page.
