Hello, I am in search of an affordable Virtual Private Server (VPS)
solution, with a budget around 1 dollar per month. My primary aim is
to host a variety of applications including my personal website and
Telegram bots. It's crucial that the server is based on a Linux
operating system, as this is what I'm most familiar with.
Additionally, I require Python support for scripting and automation
purposes. Scalability is also an important factor, as I would like the
flexibility to upgrade resources as my needs grow. In essence, I'm
looking for a reliable and cost-effective 'remote machine' that can
efficiently cater to these requirements

A dollar a month is... Not much for a VPS.

You can try Oracle Free Tier, it’s ARM but if suits for you, I’d give
a try. You have 4 cores and 8 GB ram.
I have my instance run for free about a year now with no problems.

Oracle is dropping free tier customers without prior notice and then
all your data is gone :(
