Grocy not finding config.php, even though it's there

I am using casaos and using the
[linuxserver.io](https://linuxserver.io) image of grocy. I used the
file explorer and I found the config.php file but it gives this error
when I access the webui:  Unable to run Grocy: config.php in data
directory (/app/www/public/../data) not found. Have you copied config-
dist.php to the data directory and renamed it to config.php? . How do
I resolve this? Config file is default.

Long-shot but can you look at the permissions of the file? ls -l
should show you the owner and permissions of the file. It could be the
file is not accessible from the app user’s perspective
If that’s not a problem maybe the config.php is located somewhere else
on the server.
Can you pwd in the directory where the config.php is located and if
not the same as requested in the web ui just move it there?

I fixed it lmao, just installed it through portainer, was using casaos
before. Pretty sure permissions are fine because config was in the
same folder as html.
