Setting up VPN Connection for Home Network with Azure-based Server

Looking for a solution to set up a VPN connection to my home network,
with the VPN server hosted in Azure.
I mainly have a server with multiple VMs but no public IP.
I don't have access the the router. I've heard about AlgoVPN. Could it
be the solution I'm looking for? I'm unsure if my request is clear or
if this setup is even possible.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Context: I have 6 friends that I want to give access to my home server
(their machines and my server are On-prem but in different locations,
the VPN server is in the cloud).
