I need a simple online ordering form where I can list the products I
sell and next to it have the customer have a drop down of how many
they would like. I also would need a way for them to input their name.
Does a sled hosted solution exist?

I don’t know if any that would be so simple. There are airtable
clones, but might be overkill for just that.

I’d personally go with google forms. It’s not self hosted but it’s
easy to sync to your machine.

Or if you are technically inclined, a simple PHP script would do the
trick

You can let ChatGPT let you write that Php script if you are not so
technically inclined.

An HTML page could do this guys, you don't even need PHP.

1.Create an HTML base page (open and close HTML tags, header if
wanted, and body tags).
2. Create a form (form tag in HTML), set the submission action to a
mailto or post=mailto, something like that it's Been a while.
3. within that defined form create a drop-down menu item with all of
your items for sale in it a numeric box next to that drop-down box to
allow you the customer to indicate how many items and then of course
you're probably going to want to you know something for their email
address, etc...

I'm sure I'm forgetting something here and there but literally you
could do a Google search asking how to create a form similar to what
you're asking for without putting the words order for a minute or
you're going to get deal used with WordPress plugins and a bunch of
other complicated junk but if you just ask for how do I create a form
that when submitted emails the results to me you'll find a page within
a 30 seconds and when she go to that page unless you're lacking in the
capabilities department within 5 minutes you'll have your grassy idea
how you should dress the idea from my poor explanation cheers good
