To trade stocks, you need a broker.
Brokers have their own websites. So what are you wanting to self-host?

There's plenty of software for daytrading. When I still worked in the
hosting industry, we had plenty of customers who got 5€ Windows VPSes
and ran that stuff on there. And then they were the loudest to
complain about thousands of losses, when there was an outage of any
kind.
