Any suggestions for alternatives to FreeScout?

Hi, do you know of a ticketing system similar to Freescout where you
can add multiple mailboxes, and agents can check and share
emails/tickets? I have already deployed Freescout but would like to
explore some other alternatives with the same features that we can add
multiple email/mailboxes to manage by the agents.

It has two options to download, the service desk and help desk, which
one should I download? That has a function like the FreeScout?
