I have made a top with my top choices for self-hosted control panels
that can help you with hosting PHP and docker applications. If you are
new to this, you can check these:

panels/](https://www.bitdoze.com/best-self-hosted-panels/)

There are more out there, especially for PHP, but these are my top
choices.

Thanks. Can you explain a little about how you would point a domain at
a website hosted using one of these panels? How do you manage the DNS
etc? Is all that done with whatever domain registrar you use?

I am using cloudflare as DNS provoder. I add the domain there and
point it to the server.
