Hi fellas,

I was wondering if I can have my music on my home server and listen to
it on my desktop?

I have been fiddling with mpd on my server and ncmpcpp on desktop with
no luck :(

You can :

\- mount your music folder on a NFS / Samba share and use any music
player you like (my personnal choice while on my computer)

\- run a subsonic server (gonic for example) and use a player
connecting to this server, like supersonic on windows

\- run a navidrome server and listen your music through the web page.

I would highly recommend dropping the Bluetooth bit and just use an
alsa device on the receiving pulseaudio server.

Trying it now and cannot figure it out.

Client: PC with Arch

I have mounted music folder from server to my PC with

`sudo mount -t cifs //192.168.1.7/music /home/kopachke/share`

Okay, so that worked. Now how to access it with my ncmpcpp? local
ncmpcpp.config:
