Many of the selfhosted newsletter or email marketing tools like Keila,
Mautic, or Listmonk allow you to save email template with placeholder
tokens that get filled with configurable variables, like names, links,
etc. Some even have an builtin visual email template editor.

However all of these require you to make use of their campaign and
user lists, and do not offer an API, in which I can just specify a
recipient and any values the tokens should be replaced with.

Basically what I am looking for is a service that lets me save and
maybe create email templates (preferably mjml) in an interface,
configure things like sender, return to email, and and smtp
credentials for the actual relay doing the sending, and then offer an
API, though which I can easily send these templates with recipient and
tokens values provided in the api call, without any kind of contact
list or campaign. Maybe tracking is included but thats not a must.

Does something like this exist?
