Any FOSS permissions viewer?

Is there any open source permissions viewer? I would like something
like https://windirstat.net/ [1st image] which would show the
folders/files a specific user has and has not access, but with a
reporting system as https://www.permissionsreporter.com/screens [2nd
image].

The closest to WinDirStat should be WizTree iirc but it's not FOSS,
there I only know ls
