[How-to] Export Jellyfin playback stats to Prometheus and Grafana

I recently spent a few days trying to figure out how to export
Jellyfin user playback statistics to Prometheus. Jellystat and other
dedicated apps didn't give me quite what I wanted, so I ended up
combining the Jellyfin REST API, the Playback Reporting Plugin, and
the Prometheus JSON exporter.

Getting everything to play well was a huge pain in the ass, but the
result is stable, simple, and works extremely well. I figured other
people might find this useful, so I wrote it up as a short guide:

Thanks for posting the writeup, I've done something similar and it was
a bunch of hot glue to get started.  On another note, your domain name
choice is amazing.
